EFFECT is a group personal training program led by EMC Fitness.  The program offers 3 fitness options.  One option, and the main component of the program is Team Training, which combines weights and cardio equipment for a high energy, strength building workout. Another component is Outdoor Training, which is an outdoor class that combines weights and conditioning for a high energy, strength building workout. The last component is Semi-Private Training, which is an add-on semi-private training group.  This training group will have a maximum of 5 participants who will receive more direct coaching.  Semi-Private Training focuses on lifting heavy weights.
